Bacon Dog(Serves 2)

  

Ingredients

Quantity
Bryan® Juicy Jumbos® Franks
(or your favorite Bryan hot dog)		 2
Hot dog bun, split 2 slices
Bacon 2 slices
Brown mustard 2 tsp.
Grilled yellow onions ½ cup
Cheddar cheese 1½ Tbsp.
Freshly ground black pepper  

Method:

  1. Wrap a slice of bacon around each dog and grill until bacon is completely cooked.
  2. Place grilled dog in bun, add mustard, top with grilled onions, sprinkle with black pepper and cheddar cheese.
