| Bryan® Juicy Jumbos® Franks (or your favorite Bryan hot dog) |

| Hot dog bun, split | 2 |
| Coleslaw mix | 1 cup |
| Mayonnaise | ¼ cup |
| Stone ground mustard | 1 tsp. |
| Creamy horseradish sauce | ½ tsp. |
| Crumbled blue cheese | 2 Tbsp. |
| Buffalo hot sauce | 2 Tbsp. |
| Celery seeds | dash |
| Freshly ground black pepper | |
Salt |
Method:
- In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and celery seed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grill hot dog, basting with buffalo sauce as it cooks.
- Place grilled dog in bun, top with coleslaw, and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
- Add extra buffalo sauce to the top for a spicier dog.
