| Bryan® Juicy Jumbos® Franks (or your favorite Bryan hot dog) |

| Hot dog bun, split | 2 |
| Mashed potatoes (instant or homemade) | 1 cup |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | ¼ cup |
| Stone ground mustard | |
| Paprika |
Method:
- Prepare mashed potatoes. Stir cheese into potatoes until melted and fully incorporated.
- Slit each hot dog open (being careful to keep it intact) and add mustard along length of dog. Stuff dog with cheese mashed potatoes.
- On a foil–lined baking sheet, place hot dogs under broiler for 5-8 minutes until heated through and potatoes are lightly browned.
- Place each dog in a bun and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
